Hope & Healing - Grieving From a Distance

Grieving the death of a loved one can be both complicated and traumatic.  When it is not handled well, it can lead someone to unhealthy behaviors and habits. While there is need to understand the various stages of grieving and some known pain points, grief is often a very personal thing therefore the process has to be client-centered, addressing what you need at the right time and right tools.  In helping you, I will take the time to learn about your culture surrounding death, your belief system and your challenges.  Because grief is a process whose timeframe cannot be measured before hand, I will meet with you as often as you need.  It is possible that sometimes you will need to meet daily and sometimes you will need weekly and sometimes it could be monthly.  The most important thing to know is that you are never alone and help is available a phone call/text/email away.
